our story

In 2015, Big Rapids resident Brooke Bentley purchased Natural Beauty Salon & Spa in hopes of providing an upscale salon experience with small-town charm.

SALON MISSION

Natural Beauty’s mission is to provide each client who walks through the door a top-quality experience—whether it be their first visit or their 100th. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want every client to leave the salon feeling like a million bucks. 


COMMUNICATION

We believe that communication is key to creating a welcoming environment and an unforgettable experience. Our stylists are each licensed and are required to complete an in-salon training course before starting on our floor. 

Each appointment will start with a thorough consultation where our stylist will listen and come up with a plan to help you reach your specific needs. 


BEST PRACTICES FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT 

Natural Beauty strives to reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible. We recycle and reuse wherever we can, and we use eco-friendly cleaning products and practices. 

We use Kevin.Murphy products (packaged with recycled ocean waste) and Eleven products (packaged with recyclable plastics). Both product lines are PETA approved, cruelty free, paraben and sulphate free, and are sourced with essential oils and natural ingredients.


GIVING BACK

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Over the years Natural Beauty has donated to a variety of charities including our local area schools and athletics programs.
